Especially in these times of Covid 19 it has enabled me and many others to communicate with ease. And it really is easy to use. There are issues with sound. Not conversational sound, voice travels very clearly through the app. I have tried everything I can think of in settings including following instructions issued by musical bodies that I deal with and still find that the sound quality of musical instruments via Zoom is not good.
